Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs for special delivery).

The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after receipt of your cancellation.

We may refuse to issue a refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

Return of goods

You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after cancellation.

Note regarding CPAP devices

Unused CPAP devices can be returned within the cancellation period, provided they are in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

In case of defects, the customer is initially entitled to subsequent performance (repair or replacement).

9. Liability

(1) The seller shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.

(2) In cases of slight negligence, the seller shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

(3) Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

10. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy , which is available in the online shop.

11. Dispute Resolution

12. Final Provisions

(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

(2) Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain in effect.
